Principal Architect
He is an architect from MS University, Baroda. Born on Christmas of 1944, Sir radiates a Santa-like warmth and a charismatic presence. At 80, his passion for designing spaces remains unwavering. As one of Rajkot's pioneering architects, he has played a key role in shaping much of the city we see today.
Ar. Ankoor Sanghvi
Principal Architect
Ankoor Sanghvi is a pioneer in green building design in India, focused on creating sustainable spaces. He works from a small, simple cabin and is known for his love of black coffee. He plays instrumental music while working and is a Pink Floyd fan. He leads the team with dedication and can handle multiple projects at a time.

A perfectionist at heart, Mira has an eye for detail and a knack for spotting mistakes effortlessly. Her in-depth explanations and curiosity for new materials inspire creativity. Highly resourceful, she's known for her love of coffee and for making the best Tiramisu.

Rajesh Shah
Rajeshbhai holds a diploma in civil engineering, and has been working with us since 1998. Apart from being meticulous and punctual at work, he uplifts the spirit of the office with his unique sense of humour. He brings the tastiest homemade snacks. And is very particular about his chair.
Shreya Madhak
A young graduate of IPSA, Shreya is known for her persistence and dedication. She's worked on several interior projects, developing a keen eye for details, materials, and junctions. Coming from a family of teachers, she has a natural ability to explain drawings clearly to both juniors and carpenters.
Maulik Chawda
He is a civil engineering graduate. He is relentless in his efforts to make a good drawing. Known for his punctuality, Maulik speaks less and is always eager to learn new things.
Bhasha Jalavadia
An architect from Anant, Bhasha makes sure each drawing is perfect. She likes to take one thing at a time and won't stop until she gets it right. You'll find her gobbling on cheesecake at every office party.
Maitri Doshi
The freshest graduate from Ipsa, Maitri has a good eye for photography. She makes sure all office parties are documented well. Landscape enthusiast at heart, Maitri designs spaces with lots of greens.
Viral Dholariya
Viral loves making lists, and is very meticulous in her drafting. She always carries a small dabba with dragon fruit. Curious about learning new things, she was a pioneer at the office to introduce everyone with AI.
Namrata Ukani
A Cept- graduate, Namrata loves illustrating as much as she likes designing. She draws on all laminate samples, tile samples, and ACP samples that we receive. She has multiple skills and interests like reading, writing and journaling.
Anjali Raithatha
Anjali makes the most meticulous and neat drawings. If someone asks her a question, she is relentless until she solves the question. One direction fan at heart, she is one of the kindest members in the team.
Chandani Shah
A post graduate from Rachana Sansad, she is known for her diligence and meticulousness. Her work focuses on blending the functionality of spaces with an environmentally conscious design. Traveling is her passion with the belief that it allows us to explore so many different versions of ourselves.
Himanshu Solanki
He is our accountant and makes sure things add up well for the office. He comes with a smile on his face and ensures the office gets their salaries right on time. Just talk to him for 5 minutes and he will make sure you start your SIP right away.
Piyush Padwani
He is the fastest typist in the office, his fingers working magic on the keyboard. Whether it's typing long lists of agreements in English or Gujarati, he does it in seconds. Beyond his typing skills, he ensures his presence is felt as soon as he enters the office. Always eager to learn, he likes to stay updated with the latest trends in the market.
